How the Diamond Elite Status Jump Works

Diamond Elite Status Jump3 is one of the exciting new benefits you’ll be eligible to receive after your stay at any Cambria® hotel. Simply email Status_Match@choicehotels.com (for United States and Canadian members) or Status_Match_EU@choicehotels.com (for European members) the following information:

  1. Provide Your Full Name
  2. Choice Privileges Member Number
  3. Screenshot or copy of Cambria hotel guest folio/receipt
  4. Proof of Elite status in other hotel program:
    1. Screenshot or copy of your other program's loyalty card (with expiration date)
    2. Or, screenshot or copy of other program's current statement or account status page

We'll respond within 3-5 business days and let you know once you’ve received your new status.

The offer is 15% off the Best Available Rate (BAR) with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Discount to BAR will be applied immediately upon booking. BAR is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes any other discount rates. Early departure fees, deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and will vary by hotel. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges.

A stay includes all consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of check-ins or checkouts. Offer will not apply if guests check out early, which results in a stay of less than the required nights. Early check-out will result in rate adjusting from discounted rate to the daily BAR at the participating location. Only valid for qualifying stays, which exclude rooms booked below certain rates, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends, family and associate discount. Offer is not applicable to groups and cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers or promotions. Choice Hotels reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time. 1The Diamond Elite Status Jump is available to US, Canadian and European Choice Privileges members only who have completed a qualifying stay at a Cambria® hotel. To qualify for Diamond Elite Status Jump, you: (1) must be a Choice Privileges member (there is no cost to join); and (2) send an email to StatusMatch@choicehotels.com(for United States and Canadian members) or Status_Match_EU@choicehotels.com(for European Members) with the following information with the following information: (a) your Choice Privileges number, (b) either a copy/photo of your membership card (showing expiration date) or a copy/screenshot of your current account statement, showing your elite status with another major hotel loyalty program, and (c) a copy/screenshot of your Cambria folio/receipt for a stay completed within the last 12 months. The Diamond Elite status is valid for the current year only if the Cambria qualifying stay and/or your request is between January – June, but is valid for the current and following year if the Cambria qualifying stay and your request is between July – December.
