The rooms and the property are attractive and well maintained. However, the breakfast is poor. It centers on the hot food. There is little else to make breakfast with. There is no bread or cereal. The hot food trays are sometimes leftovers from the day before. Two days I had to find my own plate, cup and napkin from the cabinets, as these were not placed out in the serving area.

I got to.the first room.and it was dirty. Go back downstairs and get another room. Guess.what the AC did not work. I give it a chance and I was too tired to move again at 3 AM. Told.the front desk person he looked at me Iwas lying. The.breakfast was subpar in that the food was not fresh at 7:30AM. I sent an email to customer service no response about no AC and given a dirty room.

When I went to get my breakfast, the blonde older lady was standing hovering over me watching me as if to bully me then has another worker come over and ask if I wanted a to go plate he says because “I don’t know what’s in your bag.” I said there’s ice and cereal in there and he claims that having the cereal count as two plates of food which is not the case! Can’t even get my breakfast without being bothered with!
