Bathroom tub was ridiculously grimy, room suffocated with cigarette smoke residue. Not happy☹️☹️😠

I gave a score of 5 because while the location was convenient and the room was reasonably clean, my overall experience was disappointing. I arrived close to midnight after a long day of work and immediately got a bad vibe from the property. The check-in process itself was fine, but the first room had multiple issues: neither of the two remote controls worked with the TV, and the smoke detector was beeping due to a low battery — which is a safety concern. When I went back to the front desk for help, no staff member was present. After about 10 minutes, someone was dropped off to cover the desk. It became clear there was a gap in coverage during that time. I was given a different room, but although the TV and remote technically worked, there was no signal. At that point, I gave up and just went to sleep. The cleanliness was acceptable, but this isn't a place I would feel comfortable bringing my family to. That said, if you're a solo traveler on a budget and just need a place to crash for the night, it’s passable — you’ll get through it.

The carpet on the hall way is old and very dirty. There are loitering by people who didn't lodge at the hotel. The hall way is filled with smell of cigarette.
