The staff was not friendly and the hotel sink and facilities were below expectations.

Your hotel is the most dirty and disgusting hotel i have been in my whole life. We came from NJ to attend a function in Maryland with our kids. The room we were in was full of roaches, just ten minutes into our room, we saw more than ten roaches crawling everywhere. My kids were screaming and crying because of roaches and couldn't sleep.We were moved to a second room, and immediately we opened the room, the first roach welcomed us at the bathroom entrance, and we were moved to the third room where we could manage. I have never seen anything like this in a hotel before. I will 'never' recommend anybody to your hotel.

Poor lighting in each room 1 lamp per room. While yes it was nice to have 2 showers and 2 toilets in the room. One shower had tons of mold in it and the glass doors were disgusting. The other shower had a broken curtain rod. And then we saw roaches crawling through the kitchen area on the counter. If I was staying more than a night I would have checked out and went somewhere else.
