The rooms on the top floor are nice, but the bottom ones smell bad from the shower sink. There was a big group during my stay and when I arrived at the breakfast at 07:30 there was already no more eggs and serval other things available. I asked kindly one of the waiters if they can please organize that better, since breakfast is super important to me. He told me I need to come earlier for breakfast to have food-> I told him that’s the wrong answer, you need to make sure that regular guests have food during the whole breakfast hours available. If there is one person which made this review not a complete fail is the Su chef Luis-> He has a strong sense for customer satisfaction and is very kind-> He saw that I was upset with the service and offered me an omlet within few minutes.

The design and view of the hotel are amazing. The food at the restaurant and restaurant staff were good. It is sad to see how deteriorated it has become. The pool is missing many tiles. One section has actually become brown. There were no towels in our room. We went to ask for some and after waiting for over an hour we had to return to the lobby to get some. The towels were very old and coming apart. There was no one to help us with our luggage when we arrived nor when we departed.

El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento en general. Hay muchos detalles descuidados en las habitaciones; puertas, manijas, closets, pintura, regadera y baño. Hay un olor raro como a croquetas para perro en la noche, pero quizá fue un caso aislado esa noche, no lo sé. The hotel in general need a lot of maintenance. There are a lot of details inside the room that have been neglected such as doors, knobs, closets, paint, shower, and bathroom. The night I stayed at the hotel, I noticed a weird smell like dog food, but it might have been an isolated case, who knows.
