Needs upkeep
We have been staying at the Clocktower Hotel since it was renovated. Initially the hotel was in great condition, however at our last visit the sink in the ladies room was ripped off the wall, there was a bucket as you walked into the dining room to catch a leak in the ceiling. There was no hand sanitizer in the gym nor way to clean the equipment after use. The clock in the entry way didn’t tell time. It seems like the hotel is deteriorating and not being kept up. We may reconsider whether we will continue to stay here on our next visit.

Everything was perfect except the carpet in the hallway was a bit smell, I think if u take the carpet out and replace with wood floors it will be great, other wise form check-in to leaving was great the check in person was wonderful explained everything well the room was clean and had little of everything a fridge, microwave,place to put ur stuff sofa to sit, washroom was clean looked like recently renovated, the pool was clean and last but not leased breakfast was great quite a few things to choose from. This was my first time staying with choice Hotel I didn't know what to expected, it was a wonderful stay. I would stay there again
