Room was booked incorrectly. Even tho I called and booked directly. Got an up charge to get my correct room. Both pools were under filled and green also cold not temp controlled. Hot tub was empty and inop. Property had many flaws. After I got locked out. The front counter guy told me the doors to the pool doesn't work and that's what the rock was for. This was the final stop for our children to swim. The water ammenities was the reason we chose this hotel. Only plus was breakfast. Has potential but won't be back.

Everything went well from check in to check out.
