Stays must be booked through a Choice Hotels direct channel, (Choice Hotels^® – Find Hotel Rooms & Reservations , the Choice app, Choice contact centers, or a Choice branded hotel), & Online Travel Agencies between April 12th, 2026, and May 3rd, 2026, and the stay must be started and completed between May 26th, 2026, and July 14th, 2026. Suburban, Mainstay and Everhome branded hotels have a maximum length of stay of 4 nights. The rate is non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged for the total reservation amount within 24-48 hours of booking. Choice Privileges members may receive an additional 3% discount or more.

The discount to BAR will be applied immediately upon booking. BAR is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes any other discount rates. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges. 

Cancellation policy is NON-REFUNDABLE. Individual hotel check-in time applies. The Promotion discount does not apply if guests check out early, which results in a stay of less than the required nights. Promotion is only valid for qualifying stays, which exclude rooms booked below certain rates, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends, family and associate discount. Promotion is not applicable to groups and cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers or promotions.
