Choice Hotels African American Resource for Employees (CHAARGE) leverages the diverse talents and experiences of Choice Hotels African American associates. Their mission is to assist in the execution of the company’s strategic business objectives, creating long term stakeholder value by retaining talent and increasing employee value.
Choice PRIDE is the company’s resource group developed by our LGBTQ and defined as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender associates. The group’s purpose is to help create and maintain a supportive work environment that allows LGBT employees to contribute to their fullest potential and increase business profit.
Women’s Business Alliance is a resource group designed to reach our women franchisees and associates. Their mission is to serve as a forum to provide resources and development opportunities.
Young Professionals Alliance (YPA)–Bringing together professionals within Choice who are looking to be more involved in networking and development opportunities.
Toastmasters–Helping members gain confidence to become a more effective communicator in all aspects of life. Practice your speaking and listening skills, expand your vocabulary, improve your grammar and learn to give your peers specific, positive and helpful tips on how to improve.
Choice Working Parents - Is a resource group designed to create a culture where working parents feel Welcome, Wanted and Respected—and Supported.
Veterans Are Loyal Organizational Resources (VALOR)–To make a positive difference in the lives of Veterans and their families through acknowledgment of service and sacrifice, promoting stewardship and assisting those with needs.
Adelante Hispanic Alliance (AHA)–Bring together members and supporters of the Hispanic community to be a resource for Choice associates and leaders.
Noodle Group–Tapping into the diversity of thought, perspective and wisdom of the individuals within Choice to ideate and/or provide feedback on enterprise projects or business challenges.
Awareness, Access, Advantages & Advocacy for All Abilities (ENABLE)–To be a company recognized for raising awareness and championing the benefits of a diverse workplace. By creating a safe environment for people of all abilities to thrive, we will begin to shift perceptions of disabilities from being barriers to enablers of unique contributions.
Choice Hotels Asian American Professionals (CHAAMP)–To bring the Asian community together, to be a resource for Choice associates and provide the company with support around diversity helping Choice Hotels become an employer of choice for professionals of Asian backgrounds.
