Board Committee

Choice Hotels is one of few companies that has a Diversity Committee at the Board of Directors’ level. This committee assists and oversees management in developing a culture that values diversity and inclusion. The committee reviews the company’s inclusion and diversity initiatives and oversees management in furthering efforts to develop a workforce, franchise and vendor base that is reflective of the community in which Choice does business.

Diversity Advisory Council

This Council was formed to provide Choice a formal means to gather input and insights from leaders across the organization. Headed by the CEO, the council supports Choice with the development and implementation of its diversity and inclusion initiatives and goals.

Leadership Team

Choice Hotels Leaders participate in various diversity and inclusion related events. They sponsor and participate in cultural celebrations, networking events and other associate development opportunities. Each of Choice’s employee resource groups are sponsored by an executive team member.
