SUPPLIER DIVERSITY
At Choice Hotels International we are committed to the inclusion of minority, women-owned, veteran-owned and LGBT-owned suppliers in our procurement process. We realize that a diverse and inclusive vendor base provides options and added value to the company.
Choice Hotels’ supplier diversity program was created to identify and develop opportunities for diverse suppliers to educate our associates and to foster inclusionary procurement practices with our prime suppliers.
Choice Hotels is a member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and as such uses their database of minority owned businesses when purchasing needs arise. Additionally, we reach diverse owned busiensses at the various trade shows and conferences we attend.
CORPORATE & HOTEL PROCUREMENT
Choice does not own or operate any hotels. Therefore, we do not purchase goods or services used by individual properties. We do consider hundreds of potential partnerships with vendors from around the globe to be qualified and vendors serving our hotels.
