This 2-story Hotel Does Not Feature An Elevator. Smoking Policy: We are a 100 completely Non-Smoking Hotel. There is a $250.00 USD charge to your hotel bill for anyone smoking inside the hotel. We do not rent to guests who live within a 30 mile radius. We Do Not Accept Pre-paid Cards. This Includes Cashapp, Gift Cards, Netspend, Etc. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at 4:00 prior to day of arrival for the amount of your stay, plus an additional amount of 100.00 USD for incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized incidental charge may take up to 10 Business Days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Credit Card Acceptance Policy: The cardholder name on the the credit card used for payment/guarantee must match the name of the guest checking in to the hotel and the card must be presented upon check in. Hotel reserves right to charge your credit card one night room and tax upon confirming your reservation. If card declines, hotel reserves right to cancel the reservation without notice. All cards will be pre-authorized prior to your arrival for one night plus tax. Please be sure funds are available. Only dogs are allowed. 50.00 USD per pet, per night. A maximum of 50 pounds. Maximum 2 pets per room.
