We’re excited to introduce our mobile check-in experience at select Choice Hotels® locations*! With this new feature, you can now use the Choice Hotels mobile app to check in up to 2 days before your stay and save time when you arrive. Once checked in, you’ll be able to easily access details about your upcoming stay from the home screen, and we’ll be able to notify you when your room is ready.

Yes! You must have a Choice Privileges account to use mobile check-in.

Yes, if you made your reservation more than 2 days before your arrival, you may call 877-424-6423 to link your reservation to your Choice Privileges account. After you link your reservation to your Choice Privileges account, you are eligible for mobile check-in.

Yes! You must visit the front desk to collect your room key and present your identification.

You may check in up to 2 days in advance. You will receive a notification via email when you are eligible to check-in.

At this time, no. Mobile check-in is only available for users who book directly through a Choice Privileges account. You may join Choice Privileges here to enjoy mobile check-in on your next stay with us!

Yes, you may use mobile check-in if you have stays booked on consecutive days.

You must enable push notifications on your device AND within the Choice Hotels app. To enable push within the Choice Hotels app, please follow these steps: 1) open the app, 2) click "settings," 3) click "about," 4) click "app settings," 5) click "app notifications," 6) click the toggle buttons for both "Reservation and Account Activity" and "Special Promotions" until they are orange, and 7) close the app.

Unfortunately, guests with multiple rooms booked on the same night cannot use mobile check-in. Please proceed to the front desk upon arrival at the property.

Please ensure you have downloaded the most recent version of the Choice Hotels app by visiting the app store. We encourage you to enable auto updates on your mobile device for the best in-app experience. In addition, not all stays are eligible for mobile check-in.

Mobile check-in is only available for the individual who made the reservation, as the reservation is through their Choice Privileges account. The same individual must check in at the front desk.

No. Currently, Radisson Hotel Group properties (including Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Radisson Individuals, Radisson Inn & Suites, Park Plaza, Park Inn, and Country Inn & Suites) are not eligible for mobile check-in.
