We are enhancing the authentication process to better protect your Choice Privileges account and information.

Your email address will replace your current username when you log into your account.

Two step verification will help us verify and secure your account. In order to have access to their online account, Members will now verify their email address associated to their account by clicking a link sent to it.

We've also added additional security to our website to protect your account. Some actions or redemptions on our website may require an additional step to verify your account to complete the transaction. For those transactions, a unique code will be sent to your email address (or cell phone, if you opt into SMS), so that you can enter it on the front end and complete the transaction.

These steps will help safe guard your account and points.
