The curtains were so stained they were BLACK! The filters in the AC unit were caked with dirt! Our toilet was broken, my husband had to fix it. Our room wouldn't get cool we had to go to walmart and buy a fan! It took my husband 3 trips to the front desk to get pillows as there wasn't enough in our room and the desk apparently couldn't find any. Then I checked out this morning an hour later I'm charged $100 more than my room cost when I called to inquire i was told we were smoking in the room which was not at all true! We smoked outside and because there was no place to properly dispose of our cigarette butts we put them in a cup and disposed of them in our trash can rather than to leave our trash everywhere. We also had someone approach us trying to sell us drugs outside the pool area. The wing we stayed on reeked of Marijuana!!! And there were guests outside smoking Marijuana. We've stayed at quality inn several times but after all the problems and being charged $226 for a room that wasn't worth $70 NEVER AGAIN!!

Saw and killed roaches in the food areas. 1 in the breakfast area, on the countertop and 1 by the vending and ice machine. Informed the kitchen staff to report it to her manager, I'm not sure she will, therefore the rating. Hopefully, an exterminator will be sent out immediately to address the problem, and remain on contract to address and prevent further incidences. After arriving home, felt compelled to leave the luggage and clothes in the car after spraying with insecticide, hopefully to prevent our home from becoming infested with roaches and or other pests.

Nice people. Little pricey. Decent rooms.
