Mal olor en la alfombra y almohadas de la habitacion
Hice la reservación en línea y las habitaciones se veían muy bien, a mi llegada quise cancelar la habitación pues no lucía para nada el hotel como en las fotos, pero me dijeron que ya si cancelaba me cargarían las 2 noches, al entrar en la habitación el mal olor fué insoportable de la alfombra y las almohadas

The hotel isn’t very clean. We had bugs in our room and the breakfast was subpar.
