The room wasn't clean. The pool wasn't open.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. The room was nasty. The top of the desser was FILTHY! The pool was closed. The washer and dryer were broken My mattress was very stained. My key had to be reprogrammed 4 times, I was never asked for ID. I just told them the number of the room and they printed a key. The people in the next room were smoking and my room smelled like I was smoking.

We arrived at 9:30pm was in bed apx 12:30 am the headboard came off the wall put a knot on my head. Went directly to front desk over it and didn't even offer a different room ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed . Got up and waited for my family to get up we checked out a day early and ended our trip. Have photos of the headboard and the wrong length of screws that was supposed to hold it in. Wish I would have had my stud finder with me because I can guarantee it wasn't even in the studs of the wall. Also pool was broken website showed breakfast area but no breakfast. We picked this hotel mainly for the pool and breakfast what a wasted trip almost 10 hours from home.
