Front desk male staff was very rude and unprofessional! The hotel have unreasonable rules ex. No lobby restroom for guest and no food items from breakfast can be taken to your room. When the eating area is too small to accommodate large crowds at one time. My room was very hot and uncomfortable the first night. The same male staff advised no rooms were available to switch us to. Magically a room was found early the next morning before housekeeping attendants hours of operation, which further lead me to believe the room was available the night before. My room key didnt work after presenting my identification to front desk staff he proceeds to request old keys before I could be provided new keys to my room. Once again, inconvenience to the paying guest as if he was teaching me a lesson! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great staff and clean place!!

It was comfortable and clean. A little ways away from NYC, but there is a shuttle service available (not affiliated with the hotel itself). The staff is courteous. The continental breakfast was meh, and it's pretty far from shopping and restaurants unless you don't mind walking.
