While the room and the service were nice, the hot tub and the kiddie pool were down our entire stay. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. So, it was very disappointing

Stinks
The room smelled of urine. The carpet was damp, sticky and dirty. The bed was hard. Breakfast was ice cold and hard (at 7:30 am).
