The front desk person was rude to my family members. No shuttle bus service was provided, even though it was supposed to be included with reserving a block of rooms for a wedding. I was charged a bit more than expected for my room. However, Kelley was nice to work with. The hotel itself was nice, and I appreciated the snacks available.

Unprofessional Conduct and Billing Issue at Cambria
I typically stay at Cambria when I'm in the Twin Cities. Earlier this week, I booked a one-night stay. The next morning, I asked the front desk if I could extend for a second night. The staff member said yes and assured me I would receive the same rate as the previous night.
However, when I received my invoice the following morning, I saw that I was charged a higher rate. I brought this to the attention of a different front desk staff member at checkout. I explained that I had been quoted the same rate as the night before, but she was dismissive and insisted that the hotel’s policy required the higher charge. She was curt and unhelpful, and I didn't have time to pursue it further in person.
Later that morning, I called the front desk. The same woman answered. I explained the situation again, and she said she would put me on hold, then abruptly hung up. I called back, and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager. I requested the general manager’s name, and she again refused, then hung up on me a second time.
This was an extremely disappointing experience and reflects very poorly on your customer service, particularly for someone in a managerial role. I would appreciate having the second night's rate adjusted to match what I was quoted, as well as a follow-up from the general manager regarding how this situation will be addressed.

Pool was broken for part of the stay, the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, the continental breakfast was mediocre, the hotel in general wasn’t very clean.
