Screwed up my reservation, didn’t offer any explanation why it was screwed up and didn’t offer an apology or any acknowledgment of the mistake. The only reason I gave a 2 is because I ultimately got a room but had to make multiple calls and waste a bunch of time

Hotel was pretty run down. Comforters on both beds had stains. Door hard to shut. Pool door didn’t work with key for anyone.

We ended up being called home early due to a family emergency, and I sure am glad we didn't stay!!!! Room was quite run down; arm chair corners were frayed and cushion didn't match, the vinyl on the office chair was all peeling. Things seemed clean, but lots of rust built up around pipes in bathroom. Desk staff was on a phone call and didn't hang up while he waited on us. We had reserved for 2 nights, desk person told us we would be reimbursed for the second night (we had already checked in and so we couldn't be reimbursed for the first night, which is understandable) but haven't seen the credit come thru yet. We'll see!!
