GETTING STARTED

You can transfer to AeroMexico Rewards, Aeroplan, Aer Lingus, Alaska Mileage Plan, British Airways, AirFrance/KLM Flying Blue, Iberia, Southwest Rapid Rewards, Turkish Airlines, United Mileage Plus, Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, and Velocity.

To transfer, please contact Customer Service for your region and allow 2-6 weeks for rewards to post to your rewards program account.

First, make sure that you have an online profile. If you don’t have one, clickhere to set up your username and password. You can find your member number in your Thanks for Joining email. Please contactCustomer Service if you are unable to locate your member number.

We need your email address to link your Choice Privileges account to the Rewards Exchange and to let you know the status of your point transfer. If you don’t have an email address in your online profile, please go here to update your profile.

You may be sharing an email address with someone else. Since the Rewards Exchange only accepts one email address per member, please update your email address in your profile.

Please contact Customer Service to have your Rewards Exchange email address updated.

Please follow these steps:
  1. Select Add program
  2. Choose Airline(s)/Rewards program
  3. Make sure to accept the terms and conditions when you are accessing the Rewards Exchange for the first time
  4. Enter the requested program information to link your rewards program

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Sorry, but once you confirm an exchange, you cannot reverse it.

Depending on the program, it can take up to 5 business days for your transactions to process.

The user is taken back to the initial exchange. You can proceed to make another exchange, view your activity or go back to the Rewards Exchange home screen

If you would like to use a different email address for receiving Rewards Exchange communications, call Customer Service before you submit your transaction. They can help you update your email address.

At this time you can only add one account per rewards program.

In the Rewards Exchange, you need a minimum of 5,000 points to make an exchange, depending on the rewards program. You can increase the amount in 1,000 point increments.

At this time, no you are not able to exchange points/miles into Choice Privileges Points.

You can only exchange into your personal rewards program account.

TROUBLESHOOTING

You do not have enough points to make an exchange with the selected rewards program. Please click on the ‘See Exchange Rules’ link to see the minimum number of points needed to make an exchange.

It can take up to 24 hours for your updated balance to show up.

If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact the corresponding rewards program.

We could be having technical issues connecting with the rewards program. Please try again later to see if the issues have been resolved.
