We stayed in room 133 and apon check in the gentleman was very nice. His name was Michael.! He was very understanding of our situation and not knowing I had been recently diagnosed with cancer and was already very stressed out. They made our say very stress-free.. two housekeepers a male and female, change” our towels out every day. They are currently doing renovations to make the property look nicer than I believe it ever has. It looks like a completely different hotel than what it did two years ago. I will definitely be back. The hotel was extremely old and not up to date !! The front staff was very unapproachable and no customer service skills what so ever!!After workin 30 some years in customer service !!

The entire hotel smells. It should be a non smoking hotel. No continental breakfast was offered. The desk clerk ,you could not hear him or understand him. He talked so low. The room didn't have smoke detector, there was dead bugs in the room and the floor boards moved. The elevator inspection was out of date
