great location clean and comfortable

The room was very clean. The staff was really nice and professional. There were plenty of breakfast food options. Check out was a breeze.

The reason for this score is entirely due to issues with the operation of the room keys. We stayed for 3 nights and were traveling with another couple. We both had issues with the function of our keys daily. Issues stated by the staff included the keys being demagnetized, the keys being expired or we were not sliding the key properly in the locks. We had 2 different methods suggested to us, neither of which worked with any consistency. We had issues entering the hotel from outside the building, accessing the pool and entering our room.The staff was helpful and courteous. The issue with our keys expiring I feel may have been training related, but the majority of the issues i feel are related to the actual keys and door readers. The only other issue was our bathroom door would not close due to binding against the floor.
