Good for price
Comfy bed but not very clean in bathroom with hair on the floor. Halls need a good cleaning. People across hall were yelling and up most of the night with the side door propped open with the rug so they could come and go.Airconditoner had odor.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
While the staff at the Quality Inn was actually wonderful, I had to contact customer service over my reservation and they were horrendous. They were extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I received an email a few days later where they apologized and gave me 12,000 complimentary choice rewards points like that was just going to make things better. I stayed at choice hotels over 100 times last year and well over 40 so far this year. The customer service rep was terribly rude and when I asked for a supervisor she started treating me like I wasn't who I said I was. It only got worse when I spoke to the supervisor who gave me a "free complimentary night" AND THEN TOOK IT BACK AND SAID I MISUNDERSTOOD HER! I can assure you, I did not misunderstand what she said. I even repeated it back to her when she said it just to be sure that I did understand. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half and was treated like nobody even though I've been a diamond member for a couple years now. Very disappointed in how the whole thing was handled and felt somewhat insulted by the 12,000 "complimentary points" that was given to me. I've never been treated so poorly by any companies customer service department in my life. Do better Choice Hotels!!!
