Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I typically don’t respond to surveys, but I felt this situation warranted a response. Upon arrival, we had to request a room change due to unacceptable cleanliness issues in the first room. The night manager was kind and helpful in finding us a better room, which we appreciated. However, we were exhausted and went straight to bed, only to later discover what appeared to be cockroaches in the bathroom. I informed the front desk the next morning, but the only response I received was, “I’m very sorry, I’ll talk to housekeeping.” No further follow-up or offer of compensation was provided. This experience fell short of the basic standards I expect from a hotel stay, and I hope improvements will be made to prevent similar issues for future guests.
