The phone was not in the room the alarm clock was not in the room the microwave door did not open unless u unplugged the microwave first. The refrigerator was broken parts inside it like the freezing compartment. The first morning breakfast was set up late

It wasn't horrible, but definitely not exceptional. Some of the negatives include: Cable TV wasn't working. Tried to use the room phone but it wasn't working, so called the hotel on my cell. Desk said Cable was out for all rooms but should be working in a half hour. Went out and came back and still no cable. Called again and was told a maintenance person would come to fix. No maintenance person all night, just gave up. Bed mattress was not the best. Towels and washrag in shower room are small. No soap in shower room. Tub bottom is slippery, no grip mat. No bag for dirty clothes.
