The first room smelled like pee(314) and the carpet was sticky. We moved rooms to 318. The a/c barely worked. We left fot the day and asked the towels to be replaced. They put a plastic bag on top of the ice bucket that was filled with melted ice. An old throw away code cup was there. No trash emptied. I didn't think I had to be specific. The place was filthy. The elevator had to be reset. It sounded like it would break at any minute. The front staff is either talking on their blue tooth or texting.
I stayed 3 years ago and was pleased; that's why we came back after leaving the Embassy Suite down town.
I won't be back.
