From the moment I arrived, the front desk attendant was extremely rude & unprofessional. Upon entering the room, there was 1 towel, I hand towels, and 1 wash cloth. When I asked for more, they stated that they couldn't. The king size bed had 2 very small pillows, and very thin linen. I didn't want to ask staff for anything else after the prior incident. Needless to say I won't stay in that hotel again.

Where is management?
We booked and paid in person at 9:00 in the morning, to extend our stay, but within 20, we attempted to cancel and have our money returned. We were told, she couldn’t do that, only a manager could.
Attempted to contact a manager by email, but he did not respond, so we were charged for 2 rooms that we never used.
