The room was clean and comfy. Was misled to believe there would be a hot breakfast and there was only carbs. No eggs or sausage or bacon. Also thought there was a pool. Not.

Stay away from this Hotel.

We stayed 4 nights. Upon booking the room, I made a special notation that we had two small dogs. We checked in, they charged the credit card. On night 3, I went to the desk at 8pm to ask for more towels and a roll of Toilet paper. I asked the gentleman at the desk why no one came to service the room and he apologized and said he would make sure it was serviced the next day. I politely told him no thank you. At that point it was unnecessary. On the last night, my husbands credit card was charged an additional $80. We inquired what the charge was and the manager said it was for the dogs. I told him that’s not right, we made it clear when the reservation was made we had two dogs. You can’t just keep charging. I told him about no one servicing the room and he said we are supposed to put our dirty towels outside the room on the floor in the hall. What kind of backwoods hillbilly hotel is this? He said they should have told us when we checked in. Which they did not. That’s just gross in itself. This explains the smell in the hallway. Wet, dirty towels sitting in carpeting. The bathtub/shower looks as if they “tried” a remodel but hired a cousin’s uncle’s best friend that’s done this before. It was clearly not professional and looked like it was slapped together, there was orange stains in the cracks and crevices. I will never stay here again. The manager was rude, looking down upon me like I did something wrong, although, I’m sure it was because I’m a female. They clearly do not respect their guests.
