there was no hot water in shower ,tub did not drain and air conditioning did not work in our room

I didn't care for the fact that the lobby was quite warm I understand there was renovation going on but was not a good person. The room air conditioner was very loud. Otherwise I found it quite pleasant for the length of time I was there.
