As a corporate traveler, you can book your stays through your corporate booking system, GDS, or with a travel agent to qualify. However, stays booked with the SEGEN and SRTLG rate codes do not qualify for promotional bonus points.

As a member, you must complete ‘two separate qualifying stays.’
‘Stay’ = 1+ consecutive nights at all Choice Hotels

NOTE: Consecutive nights at the same hotel only count as one stay, regardless of check-ins or check-outs.

The same rates that are eligible for Choice Privileges points are eligible for this promotion.

You earn Choice Privileges points for individual travel on the following rates: Best Available Rate, Advance Purchase, Corporate, VIP and Net Preferred, Government/Military, Travelers' Discount, AAA/CAA, PSCIEN, Package Rates, Small Organization Savings/Significant Savings, Senior Rate, Sports Rate, CPSA, Preferred Customer Savings Rate, Savings at Work, negotiated rates (N) and select LSRPs (select locally negotiated rate plans).

The following rates are not eligible for Choice Privileges points: SED and LFF, rooms booked at rates below $40USD per night, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, or rooms booked through a travel agent or third party online retailer as part of pre-paid wholesale rates, wholesale packages or senior tours.

After every second qualifying stay, you will be awarded a minimum of 5,000 points and a maximum of 8,000 bonus points, depending on how many base points were earned from your two (2) separate qualifying stays. These bonus points will allow redemption for a future free night at the 8,000-point reward night level at over 1,000 hotels worldwide. A free night at most Choice Privileges locations requires more than 8,000 points.

You can earn an unlimited number of bonuses! After you register, you’ll earn points for a future free night after every two separate qualifying stays.

Please allow 72 hours from check-out for your points to post. Points from stays at international locations and at some Ascend properties can take longer to post – please allow up to 20 days.

No, you must set your earning preference to Choice Privileges points in order to participate in this promotion and receive your free night.

Please note: Your earning preference will remain set to Choice Privileges points after the promotion has ended. If you would like to revert to earning Airline Miles, you must reset your preference in your online account.

No, stays booked at an Ascend Hotel Collection® all-inclusive resort or casino hotel and resort destination currently do not qualify for the promotional bonus. However, all Ascend Hotel Collection all-inclusive stays and casino hotel and resort destinations are eligible for earning Choice Privileges points.

The promotion is only available to members of the Choice Privileges™ Rewards Program who register for this promotion, and then make two separate qualifying stays at participating hotels (WoodSpring Suites® hotels, Ascend Hotel Collection® all-inclusive resorts, casino excluding Penn, among others, are not participating) with arrival between April 6, 2021 and June 18, 2021. A "stay" is any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs. A "qualifying stay" is a stay that is during this promotion at a participating hotel through a qualifying channel (see Qualifying Channel, below) that is eligible to earn Choice Privileges points. Most stays are eligible to earn Choice Privileges points EXCEPT: rooms booked at rates below $40 USD per night, certain hotel initiated promotions, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends and family discount. Stays at Choice HotelsTM properties in the following countries are excluded from this promotion: Japan, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia. You must maintain an address in Europe, Mexico, participating countries in Central America and the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore to be eligible.

Registered members will be awarded a minimum of 5,000 to a maximum of 8,000 bonus points after the second qualifying stay. The number of bonus points awarded depends on the number of base points earned from the two separate qualifying stays, with points varying by hotel. The total of base points plus bonus points awarded, however, will be at least 8,000 points, which is the number of points required for a future free night at over 1,000 Choice® hotels worldwide (see Free Nights, below).

Some countries and local jurisdictions are imposing restrictions on hotels accepting guests due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which are subject to change at the discretion of state and local authorities. Please check with your destination hotel prior to departing for the hotel to confirm the status on any hotel guest restrictions. 

Qualifying Channel: Members must book stays via ChoiceHotels.com, the Choice Hotels mobile app, or AU 1800-116-004 / NZ 0800-443-067. Stays directly booked through Book by Google are also eligible, if the member adds their Choice Privileges number to the reservation prior to check-in. Corporate travelers may book through their online booking tool, GDS, or with a travel agent; however, reservations booked through Egencia's Preferred Rate Program do not qualify for promotional bonus points. Choice Privileges member number must be provided upon check-in. To be eligible to earn bonus points, members must set their earning preference to Choice Privileges points in their online account. Any change made to earning preference will remain in effect after the promotion has ended, unless the member changes it. Allow 72 hours from check-out for points to post. Request for bonus points made by members who did not register for the promotion will only be considered up to 60 days after the promotion ends; request thereafter will be automatically denied.

Free Nights: There are no blackout dates, but rooms are subject to availability. Restrictions, taxes, and fees apply. There are over 1,000 Choice hotels with reward nights available at 8,000 points or less. A free night at most Choice locations requires more than 8,000 points; reward nights at locations worldwide are available from 6,000 to 30,000 points (excluding Asia-Pac, where reward nights require up to 75,000 points). Point requirements may vary based on time of year.
