The remote had to be charged????? Called the front desk and was told I had to have the cable myself to charge it. If not, take it to the front desk and they can charge it there. Also, called and said the Netflix app or anything else wasn't working because there was no internet and the response was "we're only responsible for cable, I've told my manager this before" the pillows were very small and flat. The really long curtains blocks the AC. We'd have to have the dark curtains open and the thin white ones, you can see through them.

Hotel is very old and shabby It needs upgrading badly. The tiles on the bathroom floor are all broken. We paid for a king room and it was extremely cramped with a miniature shower. No place to put things down. No hooks and 1 bar for towels etc. The entire outside needs sandblasting and painting. We could hear the folks interconnect door like we were in the same room. This is a very old shabby motel with quick upgrades done very cheaply I e never written a negative review but I felt I really needed to in this case. Sorry.
