I was charged $115 a week more than my friends staying there. The WiFi don’t work. Tv didn’t work. When I tried to talk about the difference in what I was paying and what my friends were paying. And wanted to talk about the WiFi and cable there. I was told I could move out of I didn’t like it because they would rent it to someone else for even more money. All my friends paid $400 per week after taxes. I was charged $515 a week for the same room. They are morally bankrupt. Have no concern for the customer or customer comfort. I will work in that town of Rawlins Wyoming again but never stay there again. And will deter anyone I talk to from staying there. Terrible immoral people.

Shower stopped working at 10am. We'll the hot water didn't work after 10am. You could turn it to it and it would just cut off. For 120.00 a night it should of been slightly better at least 2 star hotel quality. This was like 45.00 dollars at most and half star rating. Massive hole in the closet with a board over it, my kids kept trying to get into. Had to check in down the street instead at the office. Upon pulling top protector cover off rice went everywhere, had to bring in our own blankets and sheets. TV tried to come off wall. It was 11 at night and so I couldn't go looking for another one.

The facility’s office was closed and a sign indicated you should check in at the Quality Inn office after checking in and return to our room I would recommend closing the rest of the facility.
