A little clumsy with climbing outside steps to our room plus having to open the door to the building. Needed another key for our room. We were surprised that breakfast was across the parking lot and through a tourist shop.

Where do I start. First off I travel extensively to set the stage secondly I have never written a negative review on an establishment ever. The management at this hotel charged me twice for my stay. On check in the clerk said my first card didn’t work due to a clerical error and ran a second card. When I questioned the bills each time my hotel keys stopped working. I finally was able to talk with a manager who assured me this was a clerical problem and would be taken care of. So both of my credit cards charged for 2 nights. What happened after questioning this I was charged for an additional night. I questioned this with the same management and that night in the middle of the night I was charged for another night. I continued to question this and the manager was not present or available. My credit card company flagged the establishment as fraudulent and shut my card off for suspicious fraud activity. So in essence I was charged for 6 nights for 2 nights stay. After two days I was continually told you credit cards will work it out. What kind of customer service e is this.

Everyone was helpful, place was clean and it was a very interesting breakfast
