Wasn’t able to check in til 430pm. The outside pool was nasty full of dead bugs COLD water. Wasn’t able to sleep thru the night due to kids running up and down the hallway at 4am manager really didn’t care when I told her

Room wasn't ready at 4pm and the hotel and room was 1 star

When we checked in & went to room, the bed was unmade like someone was in it, the tv was missing from the room, the soap bar was open & used by the sink along with a towel. The front desk person did take notes and give us an upgraded room which was nicer. The panels on the front of the hot tub were coming g off, the sink in the bathroom was falling apart and the patio door ( on ground level wouldn’t lock unless I lifted it with the lock engaged. Then I climbed in bed and in between the sheets were potato chips which made me feel like the sheets probably weren’t changed after the last people. At this point I was so exhausted- we just went to sleep anyway and left in the morning. By the way the sign by the road say “pool open late” - late is 9pm any standard pool time is 10pm so late is misleading
