Elevator broken, my mom should have gotten a discount on her room since she was handicap and had to walk stairs, we did talk with 2 employees and they refused even to take off 10%
The carpet, couch, and chair needs replacing. We actually sit on a towel because of all the stains

Would have given a 10 if there had been both potatoes and bacon or sausage for the breakfast. Otherwise the property was very clean and well managed and services were very good.

Room was not cleaned ever during our 5 day stay - even when requested. We had to put trash in hall to get it taken out and had to request clean towels and toilet paper at the front desk.
