Nice location

The hotel was a bit outdated, which wasn't a deal breaker, but some of the common areas had visible cobwebs/dust and just made the outdated appearance seem worse because.

Unfortunately, just did not feel like good value. Price-gouging due to the Packers Family event meant I paid $270 for this stay. We slept poorly due to lights and noise from outside and a very loud, overworked air conditioner. And the eggs- our principal breakfast food- were over-salted and inedible. Honestly, the whole establishment felt in need of a refresh, and the parking situation was overly complicated- made more frustrating because I am at Gold level and a guy came to the front desk and said he was parked in one but he didn’t have status- was that ok?- to which the receptionist said fine. Obviously I didn’t want to complain, but then I had to make the adjustment and figure out the off-site lot. I generally go with Choice Hotels because I feel like they represent good value, however not on this occasion. I really hate to complain, but you asked for my reasoning. Thank you.
