Very clean and friendly staff

Rooms were not ready at check in, every room seemed to have a damp and musty smell to it, and there were still crumbs left in the room. One of the night front desk staff was extremely rude when trying to assist guests. Overall, we were really disappointed by our stay here, especially for the price we paid.

When told about the circuit breaker tripping in my bathroom but they did offer to upgrade us to a king suite. But I didn't want to pay any more money even though I don't know for sure if I had to or not. I had my family visiting me at the hotel and they went swimming and I got charged for it which I think is bull. Since I am a diamond member I try to use it as much as I can which I have but I have to say this Comfort Inn & Suites in delavano has probably been my worst experience. I guess if I'm doing a comparison as far as treatment that's what makes your place the worst so far.
