The entire stay was a nightmare. Started with the check-in as what I was told over the phone never happened. I booked from 7-9 until 7-20, but I was going to be there until the 17th guaranteed. I was told I would pay a deposit and then and not pay anything until we knew how long we would be staying. I spoke to a female (called and spoke directly to this hotel, no middle man) but during my stay I never saw a female working the front counter. I wound up paying for everything open arrival and did get my refund for the days we didn't use. The first morning we were there (7-10-25) I went to make coffee in my room. The cup I had was uncovered and had dried coffee in it - there was also a used coffee filter/pod left in as well. Upon check-in we were told that we had to request room service, first hotel that I have ever stayed at that has done this. I requested room service to be done for 7-12-25 as we were there for a bowling tournament and would be out for approximately 6-8 hours and even confirmed on that morning that this would be done. I asked for fresh linen, toilet paper, trash and towels and when we got back about 10 hours later nothing was done. I had to do the trash and went to the desk to get towels and toilet paper and scheduled the next day for linen to be done, to which it was. We were out on 7-13-25 for a few hours and decided to have a lazy evening in a the tournament started on the 14th. My child wanted to slum and have hot pockets for dinner. When they went to use the microwave they found a moldy burger left in there and mold on the turn table approximately 2 - .50 cent pieces big. My child took this down to get it cleaned and it got done, but should not have had t see/do this. Throughout the remainder of the stay I asked for what I needed whether it be towels, take my own trash out, etc. We did get what we asked for and the front counter staff was nice about everything. This is probably the a close tie for the worst experience I have ever had in hotels, the other being in Wichita at a Super 8. Positives: Bed was soft enough even though I thought I requested a queen's (I later realized I didn't) and the accessories worked.

There was an odor in the room in assuming from the a/c unit. We never had housekeeping come to our room for our over week stay we also requested refresh of towels and they never fulfilled the request. Paint is peeling in the bathroom specifically the shower, mold on the shower curtain, the dryer wasn't working properly in the laundry room. I was pretty disappointed and am hesitant to book with this brand again.

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. But there was 2 1/2 size towels in our room and had to ask for normal size towels for us. But everything else was great!
