Two lights out in room. Bulbs could not be replaced during our stay. Hair dryer high setting does not work. Carpet in hallways needs to be replaced.

Very outdated hotel that needs new furniture and more pleasant staff

Trouble with reservations - booked us in King bed rooms with 2 couples - caught it and called morning of to get the 2 double suites we booked. Was here for son's wedding. Staff was rude. Tried to get our second night stay an early check in for family driving hours away and was told "check at 11-12 when housekeeping gets in" Place was NOT busy at all. Def could have just let us have early check in. We were put in a "handicap accessible room". No one in our group was handicapped. Furniture is very worn and outdated. Stains on couch. Sank into couch when trying to sit on it. Desk chair was duct taped. Mattresses were VERY worn - big dips in them. Horrible night sleep. We all hurt in the morning. Hot tub did NOT work. The offered an $8 breakfast buffet that was your normal continental breakfast at any other hotel. Would NEVER recommend or stay again.
