Princeton, WV Sleep Inn

Our room really had a strong musty smell. Some of the other folks who attended the Mountaineer Baptist Camp Meeting had the same issue.I do have allergies and was stuffed up while there as a result of it.

One night stay

The staff were super nice and accommodating. The elevator was broken, so they were able to book us a first floor king suite for $20 more. The room smelled musty upon entering, then I found some mold or mildew, so I imagine it has had a leak or something before. I’ll attach the pics, if it will let me, so you can see. Had we been staying more than one night, I would’ve had to change rooms. Also, the hair dryer didn’t work. Otherwise, it was ok and the room was pretty clean.

I paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights for family and friends; they were traveling back to their home state and they just wanted to visit family for a day. All of the individuals were senior citizens. I wasn’t told prior to registering that the elevator wasn’t operational. I would have requested first floor rooms. My family was very appreciative for the rooms; however, they didn’t like walking up the steps. They told me that the rooms were very nice and breakfast was very nice. Please get the elevator replaced asap.
