Fine accommodations, if you're desperate

The Beds-- nice & soft. The room-- nice and clean. BUT SOMEONE BETTER PAY ATTENTION TO THE PHYSICAL PLANT!! The Elevator had taken a lightening strike, the front attendant said; traipsing up 2 flights of stairs is wretched for an 86 year old great-grandmother! Then the internet could not be found on a search. And 3 of the 4 ice machines failed to produce any ice. The sheer curtain in the room had a run & a stain. I guess that the interstate sign, being off the pole & lying on the ground should have been an alert to the sorry state of important parts of the building. I am rather curious if the No-Name motel up the street's as bad... or as expensive.

This place needs help!

The whole place smells musty. The rooms are very dated. Our bathroom sliding door was off the track and there was no one on site to fix it. The breakfast offerings were sparse and significantly less than most other similar hotels.
