Close to Antietam Battlefield. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

Roach in room discovered it on desk after breakfast. Also toilet really loose felt like it was going to crash on floor. Very disappointed aslooked nice when we arrived and had driven 7 hours so very tired. Thought I had finally found a clean and nice hotel to stay in at Charles Town which I visit frequently. I report all to front desk clerk who adv she would have pest control come in. The roach was large so I am sure their are more.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures it was dull and miserable, It did not have all the amenities that was advertised when booking. The breakfast was just cold stuff not a normal complementary breakfast. there was dog poop all over outside. My jetted tub worked but was dirty and the nobs was broken.
