The overall upkeep seems below industry standard. Hallways were dingy. Room smelled mildewy and i spent the night coughing.

Good location, clean, and pricing fair compared to other options. I ordered dinner at restaurant at this location to take back to the room, and asked for a plate to take to the room so I could reheat it later. The women said they didn’t have plates to take out. The meal was missing one of the sides when I opened it back at the room. Our room was on a different floor and the last room at the end of the hall so I wasn’t going back for it. When I checked in I asked about a close room because my wife and I both have leg issues.

I traveled with my dog, choose a room with a king bed that did not say no pets and made that clear when I made my reservation. When I arrived I was informed that my reservation had been changed. My king bed next to the pool that did not say no pets had been changed to two queen beds in what was clearly a smoker room without as much as a heads up phone call that would have been basic customer service.
