If you don't care about smell and just need a bed, go for it.
The building we were in smelled like weed, mold, and must. The bedroom was so humid, smelled musty, the floors were nasty. Our feet were black within 10 minutes. My brother was in another building and said his room was the same. We had our dogs and our one year old. We were anxious about our son being on dirty floors. We paid the pet fee for our dogs but we didn't even get a clean room.
