The lady at the front desk at check in was visibly stressed out. She stated that the cleaning crew had not finished cleaning the rooms & we had to wait for her to get them ready. She stated that she tried to call mgt for help & no one picked up. We were given 122 & when we walked in I took my shoes off & walked about 10' to the bed & took my socks off & they were full of hair. I went up to the front desk and showed her and she said oh that's an animal room and they must not have cleaned the floor very well. How is that even acceptable. The couch that was in there was filthy and torn. We were given a different room on a different floor which was better but by no means up to standard. The cleaning crew is obviously not taking pride in their work & it appears that there is not any quality control going on either.

Old with a lot of smells everywhere. Advertised online with a hot tub and there is no hot tub it’s covered up with a green tarp thing. The whole place was FILTHY visibly not vacuumed or swept or mopped. The room we stayed in the bathroom looked like it had black mold on the ceiling. If I didn’t have a non refundable payment I would’ve cancelled my stay immediately. Felt very disgusting.

The elevator is nasty and smells bad. The rooms still smell like smoke and there are repairs needed. The bathrooms have signs of the old mold and there is new mold forming. Being classified as a 3 star hotel is absurd. We have stayed in cleaner and better looking 1 star hotels.
