The elevator is nasty and smells bad. The rooms still smell like smoke and there are repairs needed. The bathrooms have signs of the old mold and there is new mold forming. Being classified as a 3 star hotel is absurd. We have stayed in cleaner and better looking 1 star hotels.

Your hotel was not clean. I killed 4 large bugs in the bathroom. I was later told by someone they may have been water bugs? There were ants crawling up the wall by the desk. The shower curtain was moldy. There was food left in the refrigerator by the previous guests. I only found one coffee cup in the room and when we went down for breakfast the food was was very sparse. Not enough in the trays to feed even two people and this was at 7am. Not impressed with our stay at all. This is the 3rd time Choice Hotels has disappointed. I will be looking for a new hotel chain on our travels.
