Great location. Near alot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Only issue I had was the walls and hallways werent quiet.

No good for disabled persons went against the the service dog disabled act changeing me a $100 deposit my room fire detector was missing couldn't use my room phone because phone line was cut ,,when I made my reservation it said they had a inside pool the was a lie lthe pool was in another building I needed a room close to the interance they put all the way to the end of the building near the fire door that was unsecured anyone could open it from outside, the hallway had furniture making it hard to get trew the TV did not work the bathroom was so small only had a shower I cant stand up because I cant walk so I couldn't bath ,I would never stay there it not safe does not comply with the disability act don't even have safety bars for disabled people it's a fire hazard need to be closed down until it is up to safety standards very disapointed On Sun, Jul 20, 2025, 10:31 PM Quality <quality@express.medallia.com> wrote:

There were rowdy people above us in room 203, we and others complained about the children but the result was we had to b moved to another room which was a bit better. The atmosphere both at the entrance and inside your hotel was a bit uncomfortable. There was a sign up by the breakfast bar in the morning “ Sorry for the limited items for breakfast.” That was an understatement. Breakfast included….that is a joke.
