I had called the hotel first before arriving as we were having trouble finding a hotel and it was 11 pm. The guy I talked to on the phone was great. He was friendly and polite and asked if we had AAA and I said I had CAA and he said great and told me the cost of the room. I asked him if they had a rollaway bed that we could use and he said not a problem we could get that. We were very disappointed when we actually got to the hotel. There was a large group of bikers out front of the hotel yelling, cursing and using the N word. The guy at the front desk was not the same person I talked to on the phone but that was ok. He definitely wasn’t as pleasant and when I asked about a rollaway bed and said that I had asked the person that answered the phone he rolled his eyes and said he would see if he could get it. I paid and got our room keys and went back out to the parking lot to my vehicle where my family was waiting. The large group of people were arguing now and my son said we should have kept driving but my husband was tired from driving all day. The door to our room was left open when we got there and inside the room was humid and the room felt damp but we were tired and didn’t want to complain. After 20 minutes in the room I walked back to the front desk to ask about the rollaway bed and it was just sitting there. I figured the staff member would deliver it to our room, but that was alright we were quite capable of getting it. We have 3 kids so we needed the extra bed. All the beds were not super comfortable especially the rollaway bed but we were just thankful we could get some sleep. We would not have stayed at this hotel if we had been able to find another hotel.

Bed matress was broken, and front desk charged me for a night that I didn’t stay. I checked in at 302 am and left at 10am , however I was charged an additional night . Furthermore I have made several attempts to call and have only got an associate once, after a very extended ring time with no resolve . I’ve tried to call back 4 times with ring times well over due with no answer.

The manager is amazing and his calling is making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Love his energy
